STUDIO POLICIES
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
No-Call/No-Shows will be charged 100% of the booked service(s) to the card used to hold the appointment.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed; anything past that will be considered a no-show, and the appointment will need to be rescheduled.
CASH payment is always preferred.
A 6% Studio Fee is applied to all non-cash payments.
